Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. In general, Contributions / donations / payments made is not refundable for any reasons or under any circumstances whatsoever.
2. In exceptional cases, where the donor/remitter informs in writing within 24 hours that there has been error in donation amount / purpose or any other reasonable parameter, Narpani Foundation may at its sole discretion, if the amounts have not been already utilized or used or apportioned may try to refund the amount in part or full.
